Wigwam attended an amazing event tonight to celebrate the launch of the www.iriseaboveco.org, a new site created for youth by youth. We spent many hours helping the Teen Action Council create a website with interactive features to support teens’ wellness and potential.
This launch event involved various stations where youth who wrote the content discussed pages of the site. The goal was to have the site be a safe, informative place that includes information showing the effects of drugs on the teen brain, specific information about various drugs and alternate choices to help people Rise Above. We loved doing this project and celebrating with the youth was absolutely incredible!
